- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect business requirements
- Configure and enhance SAP SuccessFactors systems
- Manage system configurations, including Role-Based Permissions
- Assist with testing, integrations, and release activities
- Provide end-user support and maintain explicit documentation Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, or related field
- 3+ years in SAP SuccessFactors environments
- Experience with Employee Central and Onboarding 2.0
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
