Join Saskatoon Downtown Youth Centre EGADZ Inc. as a full-time Youth Worker. Engage with local youth and organize activities to create a nurturing setting. As a Youth Worker, you will play a key role in the daily management of the Drop-in Centre. Your skills will help address the needs of hard-to-serve youth while fostering positive relationships and connections. Through this role, you will implement programs that support youth in making better life choices. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage operations at the Drop-in Centre
- Establish trust with and advocate for youth
- Provide immediate assistance with clothing and nutrition
- Lead sports, recreation, and cultural initiatives
- Work collaboratively with external agencies on youth issues Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent education
- 1-2 years of experience working with youth
- Proficient in oral and written language
- Understanding of Indigenous cultures
