Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Assist in setting up tables, clearing used dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Monitor guest needs during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly




- Follow safety and hygiene standards rigorously to uphold health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow during busy hours

Qualifications

- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
- Robust communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads when necessary
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards is a plus but training will be provided
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating enjoyable dining experiences
