As part of the development of its Toronto hub, MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for Schedulers.
Your next challenge:
As a Scheduler, you will work within our global team of Project Management Consultants to deliver value. You will engage with key stakeholders and represent the MP brand. This role will have a strong focus on client delivery, with the opportunity to vary your experience and support our top engagements as part of our NY hub. Your responsibilities will be to:
- Challenge and validate schedules provided by external contractors and engineering office (Design – Construction – Commissioning)
- Integrate Customer schedules with EPCM contractor schedules to create a unified project timeline
- Regularly monitor project progress against the established schedule and report any discrepancies or delays to the Project Manager
- Conduct schedule analysis to identify the critical path and optimize project timelines
- Provide regular status updates and progress reports to the Project Manager and other stakeholders
- Participate in risk management exercises to assess the schedule impact of identified risks and develop mitigation plans
As a consultant, you will deliver expertise, adapt to new environments, and be able to work within a team. You will represent our brand on client-sites and, thanks to the materials that we provide, you will be prepared to support our engagements. Who are you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
Construction Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4–10 years of experience in project scheduling and/or project controls.
- Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Experience in industries such as construction, engineering, energy, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP) or scheduling (e.g., PSP) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of cost control software or tools.

What to expect during the recruitment process?
- 15-20 minutes of Teams interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner.
- A standard one-hour initial consultation with the business manager via Microsoft Teams;
- A one-hour technical interview with a consultant on assignment to challenge your project management skills through scenarios or exercises.
- A final exchange with the agency manager/senior business manager to discuss the conditional offer and perks.
