We are currently seeking a Skilled Screen Printer to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating both automatic and manual printing presses, as well as a strong understanding of screen preparation and the overall screen printing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate automatic and manual screen printing presses efficiently and accurately
- Prepare screens including coating, burning, washing out, and reclaiming
- Mix inks and set up jobs according to production specs
- Maintain clean, organized, and protected work environment
- Perform quality control checks and ensure consistent print quality
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets
Qualifications:
- Previous screen printing experience preferred (but not mandatory for the right candidate)
- Familiarity with all aspects of the screen printing process
- Ability to troubleshoot printing issues on press
- Some graphic design or artwork setup knowledge is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team in a busy setting
