In this hands-on position, you will assemble and prepare quality screen components essential for grain cleaning systems. Working alongside a collaborative production team, you will ensure every order is built to accurate specifications and delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Measure, assemble, and finish screen products using basic hand and power tools.

- Conduct quality checks to guarantee high accuracy and precision on all finished products.

- Coordinate with team members to keep production moving smoothly and meet target deadlines.

- Follow all workplace safety guidelines and maintain an organized workspace.

Qualifications & Skills

- Tool Proficiency: Confident using basic hand tools and general shop equipment safely.

- Background: Prior experience in production, metal fabrication, assembly, or general construction preferred.

- Detail-Oriented:



Meticulous approach to quality control, specifications, and finishing details.

- Time-Conscientious: Reliable track record of managing time well and meeting job deadlines.

- Team Player: Robust communication skills and a positive attitude in a collaborative shop atmosphere.
