Screen Printing Press Operator

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general screen printing responsibilities, such as:

- Load and unload of garments from presses

- Set-up and operate manual and/or automatic printing presses

- Knowledge of plastisol, water base, and specialty inks

- Assist in burning and preparing screens for production

- Colour mixing and matching

- Clean, maintain and service equipment as required

- Direct quality control inspection system and develop production reporting procedures

- Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines
- The ability to follow a schedule and have orders completed on time.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of screen printing experience
