The Wilder Institute at the Calgary Zoo is seeking a Banquet Cook for a fixed-term assignment from September to December 2026. You will prepare and deliver high-quality meals for events, adhere to sanitation standards, and support kitchen operations in a rapid-paced catering environment.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of culinary experience, a valid Alberta Food Safe certification, and a valid driver’s license. Red Seal is a plus.
