Our client seeks a Temporary Payroll Administrator for a 3-4 month contract, which might lead to a permanent position. Candidates must have full-cycle payroll experience, processing biweekly payroll for employees in Ontario and Alberta. You will be vital in assisting with financial entries and handling various payroll reporting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: • Administer biweekly payroll for employees in ON and AB • Assist the finance team with payroll related entries • Conduct payroll deduction calculations and reconciliations • Handle WSIB remittances and execute reporting tasks • Create month-end, year-end reports, T4s, and ROEs
Requirements: • Dayforce experience is MANDATORY • 2-5 years in payroll administration • Familiarity with interprovincial and unionized payroll • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
