The Town of Ajax seeks a dedicated Program Supervisor to oversee the River Rocks Leadership Program. This part-time position focuses on developing youth programming, staff mentorship, and participant engagement. You will work closely with the Community Recreation Coordinator to ensure successful execution of all program activities and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and lead the planning of River Rocks activities
• Build and maintain relationships with registered participants
• Mentor staff in daily programming and events




• Monitor team performance and ensure safety compliance
• Maintain programming space and equipment inventory
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• 1-2 years' experience in recreation programs
• Current First Aid and CPR C certification required
• High Five certification to be obtained
• Strong communication and organizational skills
