About the Role
The Senior Strategist, Workplace Advisory, is a senior member of the team responsible for leading and delivering medium-to-large client engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery. The role requires complex analysis and problem‑solving across workplace strategy, workplace change management, and user experience, as well as organizing materials, developing recommendations, and contributing to client reports and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Engage with the client during the research process, co‑facilitating interviews, leading or participating in workshops, focus groups, and/or presentations.
- Perform complex analysis and problem‑solving on projects such as workplace anthropology studies, employee experience, workplace transformation, hybrid work models/programs, organizational analysis, real estate density and/or occupancy planning & analysis.
- Collaborate on project assignments with teams in multiple locations, in‑person and remotely.
- Present findings, analysis and recommendations to Colliers project teams and client teams in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate in preparation of RFPs/proposals, marketing efforts and assist in closing of sales, including preparation of marketing materials.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, interior design, social sciences, business, or CoreNet MCR.
- 6+ years of relevant Workplace Advisory or CRE experience.
- Well‑developed interpersonal skills, including listening, diplomacy, discretion, confidentiality and the ability to influence decisions.
- Solid analysis capabilities; accuracy and precision are a must.
- Logical and consistent approach to data collection, recording and monitoring.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop).
- Ability to adapt emerging best practices and industry innovations to client needs.
- Solid organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Onsite – Toronto, Ontario
Salary Range
Approximate salary range for the role: $91,437 to $115,000.
