- Performsvarianceanalysisandpreparesaccountreconciliations.
- Generatesvariousaccountingandfinancialreportstomeettheneedsofthebusiness.
- Providesgeneraloversighttovariousaccountingfunctions,includingaccountspayable,accountsreceivable,generalledgerandtaxes.
- Analyzestransactionaldataandpreparesjournalentriesasappropriate.
- AssistswithsubsidiaryandparentCompanyconsolidations,includinginternationalsubsidiaries.
- Assessandrecommendsimprovementsinaccountingproceduresandsystems.




- Assessinternalcontrols(includingriskassessments)andprovidesrecommendationswheregapsexist.
- Assistswithfinancialandtaxaudits.
- Staysontopbestpractices,trends,changinglegislationandensurestheCompanyisincompliance.
- Providesleadershipandguidancetojunioraccountingstaffasrequired.
- Participatesinspecialprojects,systemimplementations,financialanalysisandotherrequestsasneeded.

Skills, ExperienceandEducation:

- Bachelor’sdegreeinAccountingisrequired.
- CPAdesignation(oractivelyworkingtowards)ispreferred.
- Minimumof2-5yearsofrelatedexperienceisrequired,withpreviousleadershipexperiencepreferred.
- ProficiencyinutilizingERPsystems,accountingsoftwareandMicrosoftexcelisrequired.
- Excellentanalyticalandproblem-solvingskillsrequired.
- Cashflowmanagement
- Strongattentiontodetailandaccuracyisrequired.
- Abilitytoworkbothindependentlyandaspartofateam.
- Robust collaboration and communication skills required.
