Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for MSc program scheduling
• Manage course, exam, and room bookings efficiently
• Prepare contracts for sessional instructors using Workday
• Process student appointments and finance transactions
• Schedule clients for AUDI and SLP in-house Clinics
Requirements:
• Relevant administrative experience in educational settings
• Proficiency with scheduling software and Workday
• Robust communication and organizational skills
