MEI Secondary School is seeking qualified applicants for the following teaching position with the intended start date of September 8th, 2026.

Secondary School

Chemistry/Math Teacher (0.17 FTE)

- Foundations of Math & Pre-Calculus 10

This is a team-teaching position for one day per week (the current teacher is versatile with which specific day is chosen) and three of four blocks that day. This is a part-time temporary position, with an intended start date of September 8th, 2026, to June 30th, 2027.





- The annual salary for each teacher position is determined by qualifications and experience for placement on the MEI Teacher Salary Grid. For the 2026-2027 school year, a full-time BC Certified Teacher salary (with a certificate of qualification from the BC Ministry of Education and Childcare and with a university degree and a professional teacher education program) ranges from $69,050 to $113,295.
