Summary Of Duties Position Overview

As a Security Guard, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate must be professional, observant, calm under pressure, and able to respond effectively to emergencies and incidents.

Main Responsibilities

- Patrol assigned premises regularly to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor CCTV, alarm, and access control systems.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and suspicious activities.
- Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional presence.
- Enforce site rules, policies, and procedures. Assist with emergency response procedures when required.

Qualifications Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (required)
- Valid Class G Driver’s Licence (required)
- Must be living in or near the GTA
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Ability to pass a criminal background check (CPIC)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent observational and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite)

Preferred Qualifications

- Use of Force Certification
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of security experience, preferably in healthcare or commercial settings
- Strong report writing and investigation skills
- Experience handling emergency and highpressure situations
