Security Guard / Door Security

Location: Roxxannes

]Job Type: Part-time

Shifts: Evenings, nights and weekends

Pay: $20 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

- Monitor guests entering and exiting the nightclub
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence
- Check identification and ensure compliance with venue policies
- Monitor the venue for inappropriate, aggressive or disruptive behaviour
- De-escalate conflicts and deal with difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Assist management and staff when security concerns arise
- Remove guests from the premises when necessary and appropriate
- Monitor patrons for intoxication and safety concerns
- Help maintain a safe environment for dancers, bartenders, servers, management and guests
- Complete incident reports when required
- Work closely with management and other security staff
- Follow all applicable laws,



licensing requirements and company policies

What We’re Looking For

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence required
- Previous nightclub, bar, hospitality or security experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Calm and confident under pressure
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Robust judgment and situational awareness
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work late nights, weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working in a busy adult entertainment/nightlife environment
- Ability to handle conflict professionally without unnecessarily escalating situations
