Professional – Pharmaceutical Site Guard Title: Security Professional – Pharmaceutical Site Guard Type: Full Time Shift: Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat 07:00 - 19:00 12 hours Continetal Rotational Shift | Week 1 - 4 days, Week 2 - 3 Days Allied Universal is currently hiring experienced Security Professional – Pharmaceutical Site Guard for a high-profile pharmaceutical client in Mississauga, ON. The ideal candidate is a polished and reliable professional with strong communication skills, the ability to work rotating continental shifts, and experience in controlled-access or sensitive environments.



Monitor access control systems and CCTV Conduct regular foot patrols of the facility Maintain a strong security presence in a high-profile workplace Communicate professionally with site personnel, management, and security teams Ensure smooth shift transitions and consistent site coverage Perform site inspections to uphold strict security standards High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or relevant work experience ~1–2 years of experience in a hospital, corporate office, or similar high-security environment ~ Must be eligible to work full-time (40 hours per week) in Canada ~ Valid Ontario Security Guard License ~ Experience with CCTV monitoring and access control systems ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use ~ Physically able to perform extended foot patrols (indoor and outdoor) ~ Strong communication and customer service skills Comprehensive health and dental benefits Paid training and development programs This may include criminal record check, employment verification, education verification, and reference checks.
