As a Therapy Assistant at Monarch House, you'll engage directly with clients to foster skill acquisition through varied therapy interventions. Collaborating closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts and other professionals, you will work to achieve meaningful outcomes for children facing developmental delays. Your focus will be on tracking client progress and adapting interventions to provide an engaging and supportive client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute intervention plans in ABA, SLP, and OT
• Support children’s behavioral changes through structured strategies




• Assist with baseline measurements as directed
• Respond appropriately to behavioral situations
• Complete incident reports in a timely manner
Requirements:
• Completed degree or in progression in ABA/SLP/OT
• At least 1 year experience in related therapeutic roles
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Authorized to work in Canada
