Expected Compensation: $44,000 - $50,000 annually Vacancy Status: Existing Vacancy The Production control clerk ensures the production shift is properly setup systematically, creates and organizes the necessary paperwork and labels required for each shift. This position is responsible for coordinating the PPM and FPA with scheduler and production. In summary all administrative and clerical tasks associated with production / operations reside with this position Essential Job Functions
Demonstrate commitments to safety and perform job duties in accordance with Company safety policies and procedures Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines Responsible for creating, organizing and distributing the complete work packets/job dockets current and next shift Responsible for creating and distributing the correct picklists, as necessary Move or create 7 series material for the lines to start confirming production (SAP)
Responsible for UPC label printing if applicable-dual approval - QA sign off and Production QT9 nonconformance entries/Create the NCP Safety Advocate documentation and active participation Assisting Floor Leads or Supervisors as requested Maintain a professional demeanor and performance in supervision of staff Perform all computer functions in Warehouse Management System (WMS) Process information and merchandise through computer system Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors Review the sample and the pictures for approval/ following the site and customer requirement Ensures and supports to make sure Food safety, Quality, HACCP and GMP is always followed Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon needs of the business Ability to work on a rotating shift as needed Ability to effectively work in teams and demonstrate a "team player" demeanor Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles Ability to lead/supervise large groups of associates Knowledge and understanding of quality standards,
methods and reporting as required Ability to multi-task and plan in advance for production in assigned areas Ability to interpret instruction (both verbal and written) Ability to produce at a high level through assigned staff and work with plant management for required results Ability to perform all computer functions as they pertain to the job undefined Education & Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum 2 years of related experience or training in warehouse production Physical Requirements & Work Workplace
