• Observe and record residents' conditions accurately • Implement and review individualized care plans • Supervise nursing and personal care staff • Train and orient new personnel on unit • Take charge of Facility activities in the Director's absence

Requirements: • Certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario • Registered with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario • Previous management experience in long-term care preferred • In-depth knowledge of health care practices • Completion of a 2 Step TB Skin test
