Design, build, deploy, and support enterprise AI solutions and the scalable AI platform foundation needed for developers to build AI quickly and safely. Scope includes AI agents, RAG applications, tool-calling workflows, prompt libraries, production monitoring, platform patterns using services such as Amazon Bedrock or Databricks Mosaic AI, and a central inference/model endpoint that provides a governed control point for enterprise agents.

Key Responsibilities

Build AI agents, agentic workflows, and reusable platform patterns that help developers move quickly from prototype to production.

Support a scalable AI platform layer, such as Amazon Bedrock, Databricks Mosaic AI, Azure AI, or equivalent, for rapid and governed AI application development.

Stand up a central inference/model endpoint as a governed control point for agents, including routing, access, logging, monitoring, and policy enforcement.

Develop RAG solutions, prompt/evaluation patterns, and reusable assets using enterprise knowledge sources.

Implement monitoring, safety, and reliability practices.

Document AI engineering standards, platform usage patterns, endpoint controls, and transfer knowledge to Nova teams.
