As part of the CIS/Symbio Program at Service New Brunswick, you will leverage your expertise in clinical user experience and IT Service Management. You’ll assess and optimize service desk processes, ensuring seamless support for clinical end users across the province. This position combines project management with an emphasis on user experience, requiring strong communication and facilitation skills.

Key Responsibilities:



• Engage clinicians to gather user experience requirements • Redesign Service Desk processes for improved efficiency • Manage project improvement initiatives from planning to closure • Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders on usability • Conduct on-site and remote assessments for process optimization

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or Healthcare • 3+ years in Project Management roles • 3+ years optimizing IT or clinical Service Desk • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience • Proven experience engaging with clinicians
