Peterson is hiring a Canadian Securities Course certified investment operations professional to support fund operations, investor services, reporting, and compliance activities. This role offers broad exposure across the investor, fund, and investment lifecycles, working closely with portfolio managers, fund managers, investors, and external service providers. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a wide range of responsibilities, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and play an important role in delivering a high-quality investor experience while supporting the evolution of our investment business.

What you’ll focus on

- Fund administration, NAV review, reconciliations, distributions, and operational reporting.
- Investment operations, trade support, cash and security movements, settlements, and corporate actions.
- Investor onboarding, KYC/AML reviews, investor transactions, and investor reporting.
- Regulatory, compliance, and audit support activities.
- Process improvement, documentation, and system enhancement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, investors, and external service providers to support the delivery of high-quality investor experience.

What you bring

- 5+ years of experience in investment management, fund administration, fund accounting, investment operations,



investor services, or related fields, with a robust understanding of investment operations, fund structures, and financial markets.
- Completion of Canadian Securities Course (required).
- Experience working with reconciliations, investor servicing, operational reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- High professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.
- Experience with Bloomberg, AlphaDesk, Yardi Investment Manager, or similar systems is an asset.

Salary range: $78,000 to $85,000 per annum (based on experience).
