and related transportation documents in compliance with dangerous goods and hazardous materials regulationsCoordinate transportation requirements for the Motive Power and Reserve Power divisions as neededMaintain accurate warehouse and inventory records within SAP and other applicable systemsComplete daily, weekly, and monthly operational and warehouse performance reportsHelp control the flow of inventory throughout the warehouse, including receiving, shipping, replenishment, recharge, damaged goods, returns, and scrap processingVerify and record all incoming and outgoing inventory transactions to ensure inventory accuracyConduct and maintain regular cycle counts and inventory audits, investigating and resolving discrepancies as requiredCoordinate the purchase and replenishment of pallets and warehouse shipping suppliesMonitor inventory levels of warehouse supplies and ensure timely reordering to support operationsLiaise with Sales and Service Coordinators to ensure customer delivery and pickup expectations are effectively managed and fulfilledEnsure outgoing products have been properly tested and that all required documentation is completed prior to shipmentProcess and maintain documentation for stock receipts, branch transfers, returns, scrap credits, and other warehouse transactionsCoordinate weekly scrap reporting activities and assist with inventory reconciliationsProvide support and backup assistance for warehouse operations and administrative functions as requiredPromote East Penn Canada’s commitment to Customer Experience Excellence and Occupational Health and Safety in all aspects of the roleExperience, Skills, and Competencies2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, transportation coordination, or a related environment preferredExperience working with ERP systems (SAP ideally) is considered a strong assetStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and OutlookKnowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control,
