We are seeking a highly motivated and business-oriented Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and solution delivery. The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, organized, and capable of quickly gaining expertise in new business domains. Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements and support their prioritization.

Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements and ensure that the list is complete, accurate, and aligned with business objectives. Facilitate discussions to understand business goals, challenges, and opportunities. Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, and business rules.

Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate solution options that will address business needs and deliver expected value. Track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Support project planning, implementation, and post-deployment activities.

Document the User Acceptance Test (UAT) strategy, actively assist the business in scenario definition, and support UAT execution. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: ~ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. ~7+ years of experience in business analysis, business consulting, project delivery, or a related discipline. ~ Proven experience working on cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business and technology stakeholders. ~ Experience facilitating work sessions, gathering requirements,
