About the Role

JOTHAM INTERNATIONAL INC. is a growing corrugated packaging manufacturer specializing in litho-laminated, high-graphic, and custom-printed corrugated packaging.

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager to develop new B2B customers across Ontario, with a focus on medium-sized and large commercial accounts.

Direct manufacturer-side sales experience in litho-laminated or custom-printed corrugated packaging is required. Candidates whose experience is limited to general packaging sales, packaging brokerage, standard shipping cartons, or unrelated B2B sales will not be considered.

What You’ll Do

- Develop new B2B customers across Ontario, with a focus on medium-sized and large commercial accounts in e-commerce, food and beverage, industrial, retail, and other sectors
- Recommend appropriate custom packaging solutions based on customer needs
- Manage quotation requests, samples, negotiations, and order closing
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

What You Must Have

- 3+ years of direct sales experience with a manufacturer of litho-laminated, high-graphic, or custom-printed corrugated packaging (required)
- Proven ability to independently develop new customers and achieve sales targets
- Solid understanding of lithographic/offset printing, litho-lamination, and custom corrugated packaging
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to visit customers

Nice to Have

- Existing professional relationships within the Ontario packaging market




- Existing book of business or established relationships with major retailers, brand owners, manufacturers, distributors, food producers, or e-commerce businesses
- Experience developing medium-sized or large commercial accounts
