This high-level position emphasizes strategic planning and operational excellence in a supportive hybrid work environment. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Performance & Effectiveness, the Associate Vice President oversees a diverse team focused on enterprise business planning.

In this role, you will drive transformation and alignment across COO initiatives, evaluating trade-offs and risks to achieve strategic goals. Your leadership will be pivotal in executing BDC's Corporate Plan and enhancing client experiences. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of the multi-year strategic plan
- Monitor business performance and align team objectives




- Define and structure high-priority COO initiatives
- Drive the implementation of prioritized initiatives
- Create decision-oriented executive communications

Requirements:

- 10-12 years of relevant financial experience
- Robust understanding of BDC's business model
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholders
- Experience in strategy and project management
- Bilingualism in French and English is a must
