In this role, you will help build Everest 3.0, our shared AI platform, and contribute to the development of production-ready agentic capabilities that accelerate development velocity and improve business workflows across the organization. This is a hands‑on senior engineering role with strong ownership, technical leadership, and platform impact. Design, build, and deliver production-ready agentic AI systems and platform components Collaborate closely with platform, product, and engineering teams Own end to end delivery of complex technical components 5+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong backend engineering and distributed systems skills Proven experience building and delivering production quality systems Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP Agentic Coding Mastery:



Experience building agent workflows and integrations; effective use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI Systems Engineering: Experience with LLM integrations, vector databases, and agent orchestration, with an understanding of evaluation and performance optimization Ability to independently own complex systems and deliver high quality results The estimated base salary range for this role is CAD$150 - CAD$185,000 yearly.
