Job Summary

Goliath Coil Tubing Services is seeking experienced, top-end professionals to join our newly expanding coil tubing division. We are a premier well services provider known for modern equipment and a safety-first culture. We are currently hiring Senior Coil Tubing Operators, Lead Operators, Supervisors, and Senior Fluid Pumping Operators with twin pump experience WHO holds a WH BOOM TICKET. Compensation ranges from $500–$900 per day based on role and experience, plus performance bonuses, a 15 & 6 rotation, and a full health benefits package.

Responsibilities

- Rig up, operate, and maintain coil tubing units and twin fluid pumps safely and efficiently at a senior level
- Lead and execute coil tubing and fluid pumping operations including wellbore cleanouts and milling
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance on commercial vehicles and field equipment
- Maintain Hours of Service compliance using ELDs
- Perform BOP care, maintenance, and pre-job inspections
- Lead pre-job safety meetings and hazard assessments
- Mentor and develop junior operators to build a cohesive,



high-performing crew
- Set cross-shifts up for success during 24-hour operations

Skills

- 5+ years of active, hands-on coil tubing and/or twin fluid pumping experience at a senior or lead level (required)
- WH BOOM TICKET (REQUIRED)
- Valid Class 1 Driver's License with a clean commercial abstract (required)
- Current H2S Alive and Standard First Aid certifications (required)
- Fall Protection certification
- Well Servicing or Coil Tubing BOP certification
- Wellhead Boom or Mobile Crane certification (asset)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment in the field
- Proven leadership ability with experience mentoring crews in demanding field environments
