Ballard Power Systems, Inc. is a global leader in fuel cell technology, providing clean energy fuel cell products that enable optimized power systems for a range of applications. Ballard is an international public company traded on both the NASDAQ and TSX.
Reporting to the Planning, Materials and Logistics Manager, the successful candidate will be a hands-on team member who can engage, improve, and develop long-term strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with the Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and the receiving teams to define plan and coordinate execution of internal inventory requirements, while maintaining on-time delivery requirements to the production process.
Responsibilities:
Manage inventory through ERP systems for efficiency improvement opportunities.
Count stock items, and record data into ERP system.
Year end cycle count process and execution
Kanban process and execution
Work order review and analysis
Review inventory/receiving procedures for operational accuracy.
Analyze and report on all department's key performance indicators and trend analysis in the areas of Inventory Management
