We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as a Full time Condominium Portfolio Manager.
Qualifications The successful candidate will have:
- In-depth knowledge of the Ontario Condominium Act
- CMRAO licence in positive standing
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- 4+ years of condominium management experience
- RCM designation (preferred)
- Strong ability to multitask in a team-based environment
- Proficiency with Condominium Software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to supervise and support 2–3 staff members
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to compile, review, and maintain financial documentation, including operating expenses and income
- High school diploma (required)
- College or university degree, or a 1–2 year non-university certificate or diploma
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
As a Portfolio Condominium Manager,
you will work closely with senior management, Boards of Directors, owners, and residents within the communities you serve. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of condominium corporations across the Greater Toronto Area and will report directly to a Regional Manager and Senior Management.
You will be supported by dedicated accounting and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing agendas and materials for Board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
- Conducting building inspections and overseeing maintenance and repair activities
- Coordinating and supervising contractors and service providers
- Maintaining and updating corporate policies and procedures
- Ensuring effective, professional, and timely communication with Boards, owners, residents, and stakeholders
- Supporting the financial management of condominium corporations in collaboration with the accounting team
- Ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
