Join the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization as a Senior Policy Counsel in a hybrid work setting. As a member of the Market Regulation Policy Team, the Senior Policy Counsel will play a vital role in shaping CIRO's market integrity rules. You will conduct detailed research, draft policies, and liaise with regulatory bodies like the Canadian Securities Administrators. Conduct research and draft policies to enhance market integrity
- Review international and domestic market structure developments
- Support CIRO divisions including Surveillance and Compliance Law Degree and in valuable standing with Canadian Bar
- 5-10 years’ relevant experience in the regulatory field
- Experience in policy development and project management
- Exceptional communication, writing, and analytical skills
- Bring your expertise in securities regulation to CIRO and help shape the future of Canadian markets.
