Become a vital part of Scarborough Health Network’s Supportive Housing Program as a full time Social Worker (BSW). This role emphasizes fostering mental health and life skills for residents.In this permanent position, you will provide essential coaching and clinical support to individuals with mental health challenges. You will collaborate with a care team on assessments, and care plans, and engage residents in group activities.
