The OSSC and Career Coordinator plays a vital role under the Director, Student Experience. This full-time position requires employing, training, and supervising Teaching Assistants supporting OISE Student Success Centre. You'll coordinate workshops, monitor student needs, and continuously improve services tailored for academic success.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee evaluation frameworks for programs and initiatives • Organize educational workshops and student seminars • Manage career fairs and related events for OISE • Build relationships with employers and stakeholders • Advise students on career, academic, and personal matters
Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience • Minimum four years in career advising graduate students • Proven event coordination and management skills • Experience in supervising student advisors • Robust communication and organizational skills
