ITPS operates a complex, technology-driven aviation environment supported by our Flight School Management System (FSMS) — an ERP platform that powers training, flight scheduling, maintenance, and procurement. We are seeking an IT Specialist focused on infrastructure, systems reliability, and operational support to ensure the technology behind our operations is secure, reliable, and scalable. This role is less about helpdesk support and more about owning the systems that keep the organization running.What You’ll Work OnMaintain and support the core IT infrastructure across the organizationEnsure reliability of systems supporting flight operations and internal applicationsManage networks, devices, and system access across operational teamsAdminister identity and access systems (Microsoft 365, Entra ID)Support and maintain environments used by internal applications (ERP and related systems)Monitor system performance, uptime, and securityYou’ll also play a key role in strengthening our infrastructure by:Improving system reliability, monitoring, and backup strategiesSupporting automation and internal tooling improvementsHelping integrate new systems and technologies into the environmentContributing to security and access control best practicesYour RoleOwn day-to-day infrastructure health and availabilityManage user access, devices, and system configurationsTroubleshoot issues across networks, systems, and endpointsMaintain documentation for infrastructure and processesWork closely with developers to support application environmentsIdentify and implement improvements to increase stability and efficiencyEnvironmentMicrosoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams,
