As a Maintenance Technician, you will handle various tasks, from routine inspections to emergency repairs. Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing leaks and electrical fixtures
• Conduct HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting
• Execute general property repairs including carpentry




• Manage appliance diagnostics and repairs effectively
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks regularly
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience
