About the Role

Working alongside an experienced mentor and support team, you’ll be responsible for growing and managing a successful portfolio. Your focus will be developing relationships, generating new business, and delivering tailored insurance solutions that help clients protect and grow their businesses & families.

What You’ll Do





- Prospect and generate recent opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business development activities
- Negotiate with insurance markets to secure competitive solutions
- Review client coverage needs and renewal strategies
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Claims Advocates, and underwriting partners
- Contribute to a positive, high‑performing team culture

Required

- Level 2 Insurance License
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset

Preferred

- 5-10 years of insurance experience
- CIP, CAIB, or equivalent designation (or working toward it)
- Experience with Salesforce, EPIC, and Microsoft Office
- Post‑secondary education and an outstanding personality
