We’re currently hiring a skilled and motivatedAuto Glass Service Technician who takes pride in their craft and is passionate about delivering aWOW client experience . Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing

- ✅Install and repair auto glass (windshields, door glass, back glass, etc.) on a wide range of vehicles – cars, trucks, vans, fleets, and equipment
- ✅Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently while following best practices
- ✅Deliver top-quality workmanship using proper techniques that meet or exceed industry standards
- ✅Accurately document all service and installation details in our system (Mobile Pro/Mainstreet)




- ✅Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explaining services, aftercare instructions, and answering questions with confidence
- ✅Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment – in the shop and in service vehicles
- ✅Respond to scheduled and unscheduled service calls , including in-shop and mobile jobs as required

What We’re Looking For in an Ideal Team Member

- ✅Proven experience in auto glass installation (or equivalent hands-on technical experience in a similar trade)
- ✅Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ✅Friendly, professional, and client-focused demeanor – you’re the face of our service
- ✅Ability to work independently and thrive in ahigh-performing team setting
- ✅Reliable and punctual – you show up, follow through, and take ownership
- ✅Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on vehicles at various heights
- ✅Willingness to grow through ourPaid Apprenticeship, Training & Tool Program
