Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate HSE, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to improving health, safety, and environmental standards. Your role includes managing documentation, training records, and assisting with subcontractor prequalifications. You will also play a key part in organizing departmental meetings and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with HSE management system documentation
• Maintain training records for hourly workers




• Facilitate departmental meetings and documentation
• Support subcontractor pre-qualification evaluations
• Provide necessary materials to field operations
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in office applications
• Working knowledge of HSE regulations preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma related to health and safety
• Experience with eCompliance or similar platforms preferred
