Overview

We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer invoicing, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with tax documentation. Here’s some value you would bring to the team:

Responsibilities

- Active monitoring of customer accounts to identify overdue payments.
- Contact customers for payments per internal process & ensuring that accounts are up to date.
- Contact customers to resolve outstanding issues.




- Conversion of sales orders into invoices from service department.
- Invoicing of proforma service deposits received.
- Creation of new customer accounts.
- Update and maintain customer contact information.
- Collect tax exemption certificates from customers as needed.
- Compile all related documents in customer portfolio.
- Any ad hoc project as requested.

Qualifications

- DEC in Accounting, with 2–5 years of A/R collections experience.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
