Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Toronto, ON | Full-Time | In-Office – Yorkville Head Office
This is a full-time, in-office position based at INK Entertainment's Head Office in the heart of Yorkville. We believe our best ideas come from collaboration, creativity, and being together, which is why this role works primarily from our Toronto headquarters, partnering closely with teams across our restaurants, nightlife venues, live events, and entertainment brands.
Build What's Next in Hospitality, Entertainment & Live Experiences.
At INK Entertainment, we don't just open restaurants or produce events—we create destinations, experiences, and brands that people remember.
From award-winning restaurants and nightlife venues to concerts, festivals, and cultural experiences, INK is redefining hospitality and entertainment across North America. Our restaurant portfolio includes Amal (Toronto, Miami & Fort Lauderdale), Byblos (Toronto & Miami), Daphne, Figo, Level 6 (Miami), Beso by Patria, Sofia Yorkville, Sofia Design District (Miami), Primadonna, Vinny, Honey Chinese, Melani, STORYS Building, Portland Room and our premium QSR concept Little Baba. INK also operates trendsetting nightlife destinations, including REBEL, Cabana, and DPRTMNT.
The company represents Taglialatella Galleries in Toronto, New York, and Paris, and produces Canada's largest electronic music festival, VELD, now entering its 14th consecutive year.
We're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager who knows how to turn ideas into digital experiences, audiences into customers, and campaigns into measurable results.
This is a senior, hands-on role for a digital marketing expert who is equally comfortable developing a media strategy, optimizing a campaign, analyzing performance, managing agencies, and working with creative teams to bring campaigns to life.

You'll work closely with Marketing, Creative, Operations, PR, Events, Brand Partnerships, and external agencies to deliver digital campaigns that drive awareness, reservations, ticket sales, revenue, and engagement.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants significant ownership and influence without the traditional people-management responsibilities of a senior management role.

- Optimize reservation, ticketing, membership, gift card, and other digital customer experiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve website performance, usability, SEO, and conversion.
Music, Live Events & Entertainment
- Develop digital marketing campaigns supporting concerts, festivals, nightlife programming, and live experiences.
- Develop audience acquisition and ticket sales strategies for major events and entertainment properties.
- Work with promoters, event teams, artists, agencies, and external partners to execute integrated digital campaigns.
- Develop digital strategies around event announcements, ticket on-sales, event launches, and post-event engagement.
