Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (IT, engineering, business administration or equivalent)
- Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in enterprise architecture
- Five (5) years’ experience in technology leadership
- Enterprise architecture certifications (an asset)
- Strong business acumen and ability to link technology decisions to organizational costs, risks and advantages
- Proven experience managing teams
- Solid expertise in application architecture, data architecture, cloud and security
- Experience developing talent in architecture and emerging technologies
- Understanding of AI-related challenges and opportunities, including generative AI
- Experience in complex, matrixed environments or organizational transformations
