At Gorgias, partnerships are vital, driving over half of our revenue. In this high-impact role, you will manage and grow partnerships with ISVs, BPOs, and e-commerce agencies. You will autonomously build a strategy, lead joint revenue initiatives, and transform referral partners into Gorgias-certified service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own mid-market and enterprise-level agency partnerships
• Lead monthly cadence calls with top partners
• Coordinate joint sales cycles with Gorgias teams

Requirements:
• 3 to 5+ years of partnerships or enterprise sales experience
• Robust network in North America's e-commerce sector
