YMCA BC is seeking a compassionate Activity Leader Substitute to support our inclusive before and after school program for children aged 5–12. The role is casual/on-call with shifts that vary, and you will design and participate in activities, provide individualized support, and help children navigate conflicts while modelling positive behaviours. You will contribute to care plans, maintain secure spaces, and ensure staff-to-child ratios meet regulatory standards.
