WorleyCord is seeking Lead Hand Skilled Labourers to join their team at the Air Products Project in Edmonton, AB. This role involves supervising a crew of labourers, ensuring safety compliance, and assisting with civil work. The ideal candidate will have significant industrial construction experience and robust leadership skills.

What You’ll Need

- 5 years of industrial construction experience, 3 in a supervisory role
- Willingness to attend paid safety training (CSTS, H2S, WHMIS2015, EWP, Fall Protection, Confined Space)
- Fire Watch ticket is an asset
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Experience working at heights
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds (occasionally more with assistance)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Driver’s License (preferred)
