Commission is seeking a Senior Emergency Planner to support their Emergency Management and Fire Safety department. This temporary role involves overseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of emergency management policies and training programs. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and promote readiness to ensure the safety of the community and the TTC network. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement corporate emergency management programs
- Partner with emergency services and government entities




- Create contingency plans for community events impacting TTC
- Provide insights during major incidents and emergencies
- Support and guide internal stakeholders on emergency management

Requirements:

- Relevant degree in Emergency Management or related field
- Several years of emergency management experience
- Knowledge of CSA Z1600 standards and Emergency Management legislation
- Proven project management skills in complex environments
- Solid communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
