Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate the operation of aerospace experimental platforms • Design and manage engineering test assets • Collaborate with external research partners • Develop and maintain R&T; roadmap for aircraft design • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
Requirements: • Engineering degree in aerospace, mechanical, or electrical • Extensive experience with testing and experimental systems • Familiarity with simulation models and control systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
