The salary range for this position in Ontario is $125,000 to $160,000. As a Senior Engineer and Technical Lead, you'll join our Engineering Sub-Division, a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering innovative engineering solutions and professional services. We support industries such as nuclear, pharmaceutical, transportation, and mining, driving complex engineering initiatives, and developing solutions leveraging emerging technologies, including automation, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, digital twins, and advanced visualization. Your leadership will help drive project delivery, team performance, and the continued evolution of the division's engineering capabilities.

Solve complex technical and client-related matters

- Provide technical leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Meet periodically with managers to discuss resources, projects, and overall strategy
- Review and prepare engineering design documentation and engineering change packages related to digital systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, System Design Engineering,



or an equivalent discipline with robust exposure to computer and control systems; ~ 8+ years of experience in the nuclear industry; ~ Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles at nuclear power plants; ~ Demonstrated ability to deliver projects in environments with high safety and quality standards; ~ Ability to effectively respond to evolving priorities across projects and teams. ~ Experience leading technical teams.
