Dialpad is searching for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to assume a pivotal role in shaping the calling experience.

Reporting to the VP of Engineering, this position combines leadership with hands-on development across frontend, backend, and hardware. You will guide senior engineers globally in deploying cutting-edge technology to ensure seamless communication and effective resolution of customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers through regular interactions
- Define a multi-year roadmap in collaboration with product partners




- Own end-to-end project requirements gathering and delivery
- Maintain a top-notch calling frontend experience for agents
- Oversee backend architecture, enhancing critical call reliability Requirements:
- 5+ years leading high-performing engineering teams
- 10+ years in engineering or leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of real-time communications (WebRTC, SIP)
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and scaling systems
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent Drive innovation in AI and communication technology as a leader at Dialpad.
