Promote independence, confidence, and leadership among students

4. Collaboration & Communication

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators, assistants, and specialists

Build strong relationships with families and maintain ongoing communication

Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and professional development

5. Program Integration (for blended roles)

For full-time roles: support the broader Academy environment outside core Kindergarten hours

Work collaboratively across learning environments (Left Brain, Right Brain, Movement)

Contribute to a seamless experience for children across the day

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Education

Valid Interim or Permanent Alberta Teaching Certificate (required)
